Insulation Pipe Fittings

Insulation Pipe Fittings

Insulation Pipe Fittings

Product ID: Insulation Pipe Fittings

Insulation ball valve:

Jacketed ball valve is used to maintain the temperature in the fluid to keep the viscosity of the fluid low to prevent jamming or crystallization.
Port connection method: Provide RJT, 3A welding end and clip connection end, IDF, DIN and SMS options can also be provided upon request.

Specification:

  • Size:
    • 1/2 inch to 4 inch (DN15 to DN100)
  • Application:
    • Viscous or temperature-critical food liquids, chocolate, cold syrup, fat, jam, etc.

Insulation butterfly valve:

The jacketed butterfly valve with metal jacket is welded on the outside of the valve body, and the jacket interface is installed on both sides of the valve body, which can contain steam or other superheated gas to prevent the fluid from solidifying at normal temperature or crystallization.

Specification:

  • Material:
    • 304/316/316L
  • Size:
    • 1" (DN25), 1 1/2" (DN40), 2" (DN50), 2 1/2" (DN65), 3" (DN80), 4" (DN100)

Insulation pipes:

The heating fittings in the food processing industry must be used in operation. The food materials transported contain substances (fats) that will solidify at ordinary room temperature or contain high-viscosity fluids to prevent jamming or crystallization. It is commonly used in media that is easy to solidify and cannot flow at room temperature, such as chocolate, grease, benzene, sulfur, sulfur, asphalt, asphalt, wax, polyurethane, resin, and fatty alcohol.
Heating accessories are divided into two categories:
-The heating part of the pipe (pipes, elbows, welding tee)
-Heating control accessories (flaps, ball valves) and special parts of piping, such as filters.
All heated accessories have a double-layer shell through which hot water can pass. Water enters the heating space through connecting fittings, usually sleeves (G 3/8", G 1/2" or G 3 /4”). The housing always has two connecting fittings (usually sleeves), one for heating Water inlet, an outlet for hot water, so that hot water can flow along the heating part of the pipe.
For hot water connection, heating fittings of size DN 25-DN 65 use connecting fittings with gap G 3/8" and G 1/2", and fittings of nominal size DN 80-DN 100 use connecting fitting gap G 3 /4" ."
